Superheroes: A Never Ending Battle

The other night I was able to watch the new 3-part superhero documentary on PBS: Superheroes: A Never Ending Battle. Luckily my wife saw it on TV and yelled at me, because I didn’t even know about it! Wow – what a spectacular program about American comic books and how they influence so much of the pop culture we enjoy today. If you are a fan of comic book or superhero history then you owe it to yourself to check out this awesome series!

The 11 Best Sites for Free Comic Books Online

Over the past year I have been searching for web sites where I can read comic books online for free. Guess what? There are loads of places to get free comics, and a lot of sites for online comic books too – but it has been difficult to find high quality sites which are legal. Nevertheless I persevered and have scoured the web looking for the best sites. (* See below for the criteria I used when searching for good sites) Anyway, I have finally come up with a list of what I believe are the 11 best sites for free, online comic books:

My Post About Richie Rich at The Longbox Project
